Common use of Conditions for Extension of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Conditions for Extension of the Agreement. MVEMSA may extend this Agreement for a second 5-year term which shall end at 23:59:59 hours Pacific Standard Time on December 31, 2029. MVEMSA and Contractor agree that Contractor’s performance in meeting and/or exceeding the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall be the determining factor considered relative to granting of the Agreement extension.
