Common use of Conditions for Issuance of Shares Clause in Contracts

Conditions for Issuance of Shares. No shares of Common Shares shall be issued until full payment therefore has been made. A Participant shall have all of the rights of a shareholder of the Company holding the class of shares that is subject to such Option (including, if applicable, the right to vote the shares and the right to receive dividends) when the Participant has given written notice of exercise, has paid in full for such shares, and such shares have been recorded on the Company’s official shareholder records as having been issued and transferred.
