Conditions for Supplying Energy. The Terms and Conditions are subject to your acceptance into the program by XOOM and the Distribution Company. You will be promptly notified if you are not accepted into the program. The following conditions are required for acceptance into the program: a. Before we supply you with Energy and services, you must meet XOOM’s credit requirements, and you must continue to meet XOOM’s credit requirements; and b. Before we supply you with Energy and services, the Distribution Company must enroll your Site with us designated as your retailer.
