Common use of Conditions for the Benefit of the Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Conditions for the Benefit of the Purchaser. The obligation of the Purchaser to complete the purchase of the Purchased Assets pursuant to this Agreement is subject to the satisfaction of, or compliance with, at or prior to the Time of Closing, each of the following conditions (each of which is acknowledged to be for the exclusive benefit of the Purchaser):
