Common use of Conditions of Admission Clause in Contracts

Each Assignee as a condition to its admission as a Substituted Member shall execute and acknowledge such instruments, in form and substance satisfactory to the Managing Member, as the Managing Member reasonably deems necessary or appropriate to effectuate such admission, including a counterpart to this Agreement.
