Common use of Conditions of Amendment Effectiveness Clause in Contracts

Conditions of Amendment Effectiveness. This Amendment shall become effective as of the date the Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts of this Amendment executed by the Borrower and all Lender Parties or, as to any of the Lender Parties, advice satisfactory to the Administrative Agent that such Lender Party has executed this Amendment (the “Effective Date”).
