Conditions of Assignment. Prior to any assignment, the following conditions must be met: (A) ImmuMetrix must give Stanford 30 days prior written notice of the assignment, including the new assignee’s contact information; and (B) the new assignee must agree in writing to Stanford to be bound by this Agreement; and (C) Stanford must have received a $[***] assignment fee.
