Conditions of Construction. Before construction is commenced on the Premises, and before any building materials have been delivered to the Premises by Tenant or under Tenant's authority, Tenant shall comply with all the following conditions or procure Landlord's written waiver of the condition or conditions specified in the waiver: plans and specifications, and four (4) copies of site plan. City shall not unreasonably disapprove preliminary plans and specifications.
