Common use of CONDITIONS OF DEFAULT Clause in Contracts

CONDITIONS OF DEFAULT. A finding of Default and subsequent termination for cause may include, without limitation, any one or more of the following: The Consultant fails to obtain or maintain the professional engineering certification/licensure, insurance or bonding herein required. The Consultant fails to comply, in a substantial or material sense, with any of its duties under this Agreement, with any terms or conditions set forth in this Agreement or in any agreement it has with the City, beyond the specified period allowed to cure such default.
