CONDITIONS OF WORK 4.1 The Contractor shall carefully examine and study the conditions under which the Work is to be performed and the site of the Work, and compare the Contract Documents with each other and to information furnished by the University including but not limited to the plans and specifications, the form of the Contract, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, General Requirements, Bonds and all other Contract Documents associated with the Work.
Terms and Conditions of Use NASCAR shall have the right to use and sublicense PROMOTER’s Marks in connection with publicity, promotion or advertising of the Event and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, and the exploitation of Live Broadcast Rights and Ancillary Rights, provided, however, that NASCAR shall not, without the prior written consent of PROMOTER, use or sublicense the use of PROMOTER’s Marks on the branding of any retail package product, unless otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement.

Conditions of Eft Services (a.) Ownership of Card(s). Any Card we supply to you is our property and must be returned to us, or to any person whom we authorize to act as our agent, or to any person who is authorized to honor the Card, immediately according to instructions. The Card may be reclaimed at any time at our sole discretion without demand or notice. You cannot transfer your Card to another person.

If at least one, but not all, of the Parties initial such pages, a counteroffer is required until an agreement is reached. The contractor shall indemnify and save harmless the agency and all its officers, representatives, agents, and employees against any claim or liability arising from or based upon the violation of any such law, ordinance, regulation, order or decree by an employee, representative, or subcontractor of the contractor.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT Except as specifically amended by this Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
