CONDITIONS OF OWNERSHIP. A. Should the Buyer not be able to keep the Puppy for ANY reason not described above, the Puppy and its signed AKC registration papers are to be returned to the Seller. The Seller will not refund the purchase of the Puppy, however, the Seller will give to Buyer any monies from any resale of the Puppy, less any costs accrued to the seller due to the dog’s return.
