Common use of CONDITIONS OF SALE Clause in Contracts

CONDITIONS OF SALE. (i) Each Member participating in the Tag-along Sale shall receive the same consideration per Unit, as the case may be, after deduction of such Member’s proportionate share of the related expenses in accordance with Section 6.04(i) below.

CONDITIONS OF SALE. (i) Each Member participating in the Tag-along Along Sale shall receive the same consideration per Common Unit, as the case may beWarrant or other Common Unit Equivalents, after deduction of such Member’s proportionate share of the related expenses in accordance with Section 6.04(i10.04(i) below.

CONDITIONS OF SALE. (i) Each Member participating in the Tag-along Sale shall receive the same consideration per Common Unit and/or Preferred Unit, as the case may be, after deduction of such Member’s proportionate share of the related expenses in accordance with Section 6.04(i10.05(h) below.

CONDITIONS OF SALE. (i) Each Member participating in the Tag-along Sale shall receive the same consideration per Unit, as the case may be, after deduction of such Member’s proportionate share of the related expenses in accordance with Section 6.04(i9.06(h) below.

CONDITIONS OF SALE. (i) Each Member participating in the Tag-along Sale shall receive the same consideration per Unit, as the case may be, Common Unit after deduction of such Member’s proportionate share of the related expenses in accordance with Section 6.04(i10.05(i) below.

CONDITIONS OF SALE. (i) Each Member participating in the Tag-along Sale shall receive the same consideration per Unit, as the case may be, Common Unit after deduction of such Member’s 's proportionate share of the related expenses in accordance with Section 6.04(i8.05(i) below.

(i) Each Member participating in the Tag-along Sale shall receive the same consideration per Unit, Unit and shall otherwise be on the same terms and conditions as apply to the case may be, after deduction of such Units to be sold by the Tag-along Member’s proportionate share of the related expenses in accordance with Section 6.04(i) below.

CONDITIONS OF SALE. (i) Each Member participating in the Tag-along Sale shall receive the same consideration per Unit, as the case may be, after deduction of such Member’s proportionate share of the related expenses in accordance with Section 6.04(i7.05(i) below.

(i) Each Member participating in the Tag-along Sale shall receive the same consideration per Common Unit and/or Preferred Unit, as the case may be, after deduction of such Member’s proportionate share of the related expenses in accordance with Section 6.04(i10.05(i) below. Each Tag-along Member shall make or provide the same representations, warranties, covenants, indemnities and agreements as the Selling Member makes or provides in connection with the Tag-along Sale.

CONDITIONS OF SALE. (i) Each Member participating in the Tag-along Sale shall receive the same consideration per Unit, as the case may be, after deduction of such Member’s proportionate share of the related expenses in accordance with Section 6.04(i) below10.5(h).
