Common use of Conditions of the Effective Date and Initial Credit Extensions Clause in Contracts

Conditions of the Effective Date and Initial Credit Extensions. The effectiveness of this Agreement, and each Lender’s obligation to lend money and otherwise extend credit to the Company to refinance, renew and extend the Existing Revolving Credit Outstandings are subject to the condition that on or before April 2, 2007 the Administrative Agent shall have received (or shall substantially contemporaneously with the Initial Credit Extensions receive) all of the following, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent (or, in the case of clauses (g), (i) or (r), the conditions specified therein shall have been satisfied):
