Conditions on Initial Closing Date. The obligations of the Lenders to make any extension of credit pursuant to Section 2 shall be subject to the satisfaction, on or before the Initial Closing Date, of the conditions set forth in this Section 5.1 as well as the further conditions in Section 5.2. If the conditions set forth in this Section 5.1 are not met on or prior to the Initial Closing Date, the Lenders shall have no obligation to make any extensions of credit hereunder.
