Conditions on Transfer by Allottee. The Allottee shall not be entitled to let out, sell, transfer, assign or part with possession of the Allotted Apartment until all the charges outgoings dues payable by the Allottee to the Maintenance In-charge in respect of the Allotted Apartment are fully paid up and a No Dues certificate is obtained by the Allottee from the Maintenance In- charge.
