Where the Overdraft Facility disbursement is to be in installments, the Borrower fails to fulfill the conditions precedent stipulated in this Agreement or any schedule hereto or in any other communication, prior to the date of disbursement of each of the installments (or such extended period as may be permitted by the Bank).
