Common use of Conditions Precedent/Effectiveness Conditions Clause in Contracts

Conditions Precedent/Effectiveness Conditions. This Amendment shall be effective (the “Effective Date”) upon satisfaction of the following conditions precedent (all documents to be in form and substance satisfactory to Agent and Agent’s counsel):

This Amendment shall be effective (upon the “Effective Date”) upon satisfaction occurrence of the following conditions precedent (all documents to be precedent, each in form and substance satisfactory to Agent and Agent’s counsel(the “Effective Date”):

This Amendment shall be effective (upon the “Effective Date”) upon date of satisfaction of the following conditions precedent (“Effective Date”) (all documents to be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent Agents and each Agent’s counsel): (a) All representations and warranties of the Borrowers contained herein shall be true and correct in all respects; (b) The Administrative Agent shall have received this Amendment fully executed by the Borrowers, Foreign Collateral Agent and Lenders; and (c) No Default or Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing.
