Common use of Conditions Precedent for Authority Clause in Contracts

Conditions Precedent for Authority. The obligations of the Concessionaire hereunder are subject to the satisfaction in full of the following Conditions Precedent for the Authority: The Authority shall have: (a) handed over to the Concessionaire, the Vacant Possession of the Site free from all encumbrances, on “as is where is basis” and executed Land Lease Deed substantially in the form attached hereto in Appendix in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; Shall issue necessary notification/government orders, if any, required for change of land use of the site for development of the Project Facilities as mentioned in the RFP.
