Conditions Precedent; Initial Closing Date. The obligation of each Initial Purchaser to make its Loan on the Initial Closing Date is subject to the satisfaction prior to, or concurrently, with the making of such Loan of each of the conditions precedent set forth in this Section 4.1, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Initial Purchasers:
