Conditions precedent on Delivery. The Total Commitments shall only become available for borrowing under this Agreement if the Agent, or its duly authorised representative, has received all of the documents and evidence listed in Part 2 of Schedule 3 (Conditions precedent on Delivery) in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.
