Conditions precedent on Delivery. The Ship Commitment in respect of a Ship shall only be released to the Builder and the Borrower or their order if the Agent, or its duly authorised representative, has received all of the documents and evidence listed in Part 3 of Schedule 3 (Conditions precedent on Delivery) on the Delivery Date in relation to such Ship or the Owner in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.
