Conditions Precedent to a Service Period. a. A Service Period does not commence unless and until each of the conditions set out in this clause have been satisfied in accordance with clause 6.3(b) or waived in accordance with clause 6.3(c). b. The conditions precedent to a Service Period are: i. NAFC receiving from the Contractor a copy of an applicable AOC; and ii. NAFC receiving from the Contractor a copy of all relevant documentation evidencing the Contractor’s insurance and its currency; and iii. NAFC receiving from the Contractor the Performance Bond where required; and iv. acceptance by a Member that the requirements of this Contract for the Services have been met; and v. the Contractor receiving written notice from NAFC or a Member advising the date on which the Service Period is to commence in accordance with the Notice Period. c. The satisfaction of a condition precedent to the Service Period can only be waived by written notice from NAFC to the Contractor.
