Conditions Precedent to Addition of Canadian Borrowers. The obligation of the Lenders to make Loans, and of any LC Issuer to issue Letters of Credit, to any Canadian Borrower that becomes a party to this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.19, is subject to the reasonable satisfaction of each of the following conditions at least 10 days prior to the date on which any such Loan is made to, or Letter of Credit is issued for the account of, such Canadian Borrower:
