CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO ADMISSION OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE BORROWING BASE AS UNIMPROVED LAND. Borrower may, from time to time, request Administrative Agent to include a portion of the Borrower Real Property as Unimproved Land for purposes of the Borrowing Base. In connection with each such request, and as a condition to any Borrower Real Property qualifying as Unimproved Land at any time, including on the Closing Date or the date of any determination of the Borrowing Base, the following conditions precedent shall have been satisfied or waived by Administrative Agent at the sole cost and expense of Borrower. Upon the satisfaction of such conditions precedent, as determined by Majority Lenders, such portions of the Borrower Real Property shall be included in the Borrowing Base as Unimproved Land:
