Conditions Precedent to Advances. Borrower agrees that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein or in the other Loan Documents, Lender’s obligation to fund any Advance or to make any Interest Reserve Accrual shall be conditioned upon the satisfaction by Borrower of each of the following conditions, on and as of the funding date for the Advance or the date of the Interest Reserve Accrual, as applicable (the “Advance Conditions”):
