Conditions Precedent to All Credit Events on and After the Restatement Effective Date. The obligation of each Bank to make Loans (including Loans made on the Restatement Effective Date but excluding Mandatory Borrowings made thereafter, which shall be made as provided in Section 1.01(d)), and the obligation of an Issuing Bank to issue any Letter of Credit, is subject, at the time of each such Credit Event (except as hereinafter indicated), to the satisfaction of the following conditions:
