Conditions Precedent to All Loans and Issuance of Letters of Credit. The obligation of each Swingline Lender to make any Swingline Loan requested to be made by it, the obligation of Lender to make any Loan requested to be made by it, and the obligation of Issuing Lender to issue any Letter of Credit requested to be issued by it, on any date, is subject to satisfaction of the following conditions precedent as of such date:
