Conditions Precedent to All Loans and Letters of Credit. The obligations of each of the Lenders to make any Loans (including Loans used to refinance or repay other Loans or Letter of Credit Liabilities) on any date (including the date hereof), and the obligations of the Issuing Bank to issue or extend a Letter of Credit on any date (including the date hereof), are subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth below in this Section 6.
