Common use of Conditions Precedent to All Loans and Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

Conditions Precedent to All Loans and Letters of Credit. The obligations of each of the Lenders to make any Loans (including Loans used to refinance or repay other Loans or Letter of Credit Liabilities) on any date (including the date hereof), and the obligations of the Issuing Bank to issue or extend Letters of Credit on any date (including the date hereof), are subject to the satisfaction of the conditions set forth below in this Section 6.2. Each request for Loans or for a Letter of Credit hereunder shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, each Lender and the Issuing Bank, as of the date of the making of such Loans or the issuance of such Letter(s) of Credit, that the conditions in this Section 6.2 have been satisfied.
