Conditions Precedent to all Loans and other Credit Accommodations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Documents, and without affecting in any manner the rights of any Agent or any Lender under the other sections of this Agreement, no Lender shall be required to make any Loan, nor shall Agent be required to issue or procure any Letter of Credit or LC Guaranty unless and until each of the following conditions has been and continues to be satisfied:
