Conditions Precedent to All Revolving Advances. The obligation of each Lender to make a Revolving Advance and each other extension of credit to or on account of Borrower (including the initial Revolving Advance and the first extension of credit) shall be subject to the conditions precedent that, on the date of each Revolving Advance or each extension of credit and after the making of such Revolving Advance or extension of credit:
