Conditions Precedent to All Revolving Credit Loan Advances. The obligation of the Bank to make Revolving Credit Advances pursuant hereto (including the initial advance at the Closing Date) shall be subject to the following additional conditions precedent: (a) No Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing. (b) Each of the Warranties and Representations of the Borrower, as set out in Section 5 hereof shall remain true and correct in all material respects as of the date of such Loan advance except to the extent such representation or warranty was made as of a specific date, in which case the same shall be true and correct in all material respect as of such date.
