Conditions Precedent to Bond Issuance. The Authority covenants that upon the date of the issuance of any of the Bonds, all conditions, acts and things required by the Constitution or statutes of the State of Florida, or by the Act or this Trust Agreement, to exist, to have happened and to have been performed precedent to or in the issuance of such Bonds shall exist, have happened and have been performed.
