CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO CERTAIN EXTENSIONS OF CREDIT. The obligation of each Lender to make an Extension of Credit (including the initial Extension of Credit) that would (after giving effect to all Extensions of Credit on such date and the application of proceeds thereof) increase the principal amount outstanding hereunder, shall be subject to the further conditions precedent that, on the date of such Extension of Credit and after giving effect thereto:
