Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in Article I.A of the Plan. The Chapter 11 Cases have been consolidated for procedural purposes only and are being jointly administered pursuant to an order of the Bankruptcy Court. Reference is made to the Disclosure Statement for a discussion of the Debtors’ history, businesses, results of operations, historical financial information, projections, and future operations, as well as a summary and analysis of the Plan and certain related matters. Each Debtor is a proponent of the Plan contained herein within the meaning of section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code.
