Conditions Precedent to Designation Effectiveness. The designation by the Company of any Subsidiary as a Borrower hereunder shall become effective on the date on which the Managing Administrative Agent shall have received each of the following documents (each of which shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Managing Administrative Agent in form and substance, but which in to event shall be more onerous, taken as a whole, than the equivalent documents delivered by the Company on the date hereof), provided that the Managing Administrative Agent shall not have received a Lender Objection Notice pursuant to this Section that has not been withdrawn by the relevant Lender:
