Conditions Precedent to Disbursement of Net Proceeds Reserve. Lender will have no obligation to make any disbursements of the Net Proceeds Reserve (each, a "Disbursement" and collectively, the "Disbursements") unless each and all of the following conditions precedent has been satisfied in a manner satisfactory to Lender and the Lender's Engineer (sometimes collectively referred to herein as the "Disbursement Conditions"):

  • Conditions Precedent to Disbursement The following conditions must be satisfied before the Loan is disbursed to Borrowers:
