Conditions Precedent to Each Disbursement or Utilization. The obligation of the Lender to make and Ex-Im Bank to permit any Disbursement or Utilization under any Guaranteed Credit shall be subject to the fulfillment of the conditions precedent set forth below (in a manner satisfactory to Ex-Im Bank (and, in the case of Sections 6.03(b) and (m), the Lender) or waived in writing by Ex-Im Bank (and, in the case of Sections 6.03(b) and (m), the Lender)):
