The Administrative Agent shall notify the Lenders and the Borrower, on or before 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on the Business Day following an Incremental Credit Extension Date of the effectiveness of a Revolving Credit Commitment Increase and shall record in the Register all applicable additional information in respect of such Revolving Credit Commitment Increase.
