Conditions Precedent to Effectiveness of this Amendment. This Amendment shall be effective as of the date first set forth above upon receipt of the following by the Administrative Agent, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent: (i) this Amendment duly executed by the Borrowers, the Guarantors, the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Bank and the Required Lenders; and (ii) The Administrative Agent shall have received such other documents, instruments, and information executed and/or delivered by the Borrowers as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
