Conditions Precedent to Final Installment. The obligation of the Lender to advance the Final Installment to the Borrower is subject to the condition precedent that the Lender shall have received each of the following, on or before the Final Installment Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender: (a) With respect to each leased real property, the documents required by Section 3.03, and with respect to each owned real property, the documents required by Section 3.04;
