Common use of Conditions Precedent to Holdings’ Obligations Clause in Contracts

Conditions Precedent to Holdings’ Obligations. The obligation of Holdings to effect the transactions contemplated hereby shall be subject to the satisfaction of the further conditions precedent contained in this Section 3.02, or the waiver thereof in writing by Holdings, prior to or on the A Warrant Date.
