Conditions Precedent to Initial Extension of Credit. Section 2.01 of this Agreement shall become effective on and as of the first date (the “Effective Date”) on which the following conditions have been satisfied or waived and the obligation of each Lender to make an Advance or of the Issuing Bank to issue a Letter of Credit on the Effective Date is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of such conditions precedent before or concurrently with the Effective Date:
