Conditions Precedent to Initial Loans and Other Initial Credit Accommodations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, and without affecting in any manner the rights of Agent or any Lender under the other sections of this Agreement, no Lender shall be required to make any Loan on the Closing Date, nor shall Agent be required to issue or procure any Letter of Credit or LC Guaranty on the Closing Date unless and until each of the following conditions has been and continues to be satisfied in a manner satisfactory to Agent and each Lender party to this Agreement on the Closing Date:
