Each copy document relating to an Obligor delivered to the Agent under Part 1 of Schedule 1 (Conditions precedent to Launch) to this Deed is correct, complete and in full force and effect as at the date of this Deed and the Effective Date. 2 The representations and warranties set out in this Schedule 3 (Representations and Warranties) (other than paragraph 1.11.2 (Financial information)) are made by the Issuer on the date of this Deed, on the date on which the last of the documents and evidence specified in Part 1 of Schedule 1 (Conditions precedent to Launch) of this Deed is provided to the Agent in form and substance satisfactory to it, and on the Effective Date.
