Conditions Precedent to Loans and Letters of Credit. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the initial Loans will not be made, and no Letters of Credit will be issued, until the fulfillment of each of the following conditions prior to or contemporaneously with the making of the first to be made of such Loans or issuance of such Letters of Credit:
