Conditions Precedent to Making of Loans and the Issuance of Letters of Credit. The obligations of the Lenders to make any Loans and the obligations of the Issuer to issue any Letter of Credit shall be subject to the prior or concurrent satisfaction or waiver of each of the conditions precedent set forth in this Section 5.1, in Section 5.2 and in Section 10.6 on or before the Closing Date.
