CONDITIONS PRECEDENT TO OBLIGATIONS OF LESSEE. The obligation of Lessee to lease the Aircraft on the Closing Date and to take the other actions required by this Agreement to be taken by it at the Closing is subject to the satisfaction or waiver by Lessee, at or prior to the Closing, of the conditions precedent set forth below in this Section 5.4.
