Conditions Precedent to Payment of Severance. The Company's obligations to Employee described in Sections 7.1 and 7.2 are contingent on Employee's delivery to the Company of his signed waiver and release, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 7.3, of all claims he may have against the Company up to the date of the termination of his employment with the Company, and (if applicable) his not revoking such release. Moreover, the Employee's rights to receive payments and benefits pursuant to Sections 7.1 and 7.2 are conditioned on the Employee's ongoing compliance with his obligations as described in Section 8 hereof. Any cessation by the Company of any such payments and benefits shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any and all other remedies available to the Company for Employee's breach of his obligations described in Section 8 hereof.
