Conditions Precedent to Revolving Credit Loans and Letters of Credit. As a condition precedent to the Agent or any Lender making any Revolving Credit Loan (excluding the continuation or conversion of any Revolving Credit Loan in accordance with Section 2.11 hereof), or any L/C Issuer establishing or opening any Letter of Credit, each of the following conditions precedent shall be fulfilled in a manner satisfactory to the Agent;
