Advances after the initial Advance and issuances of Facility Letters of Credit shall be made from time to time as requested by Borrower, and the obligation of each Lender to make any Advance (including Swingline Loans) and of the Issuing Bank to issue Facility Letters of Credit is subject to the following terms and conditions:
